Paradise Found Farm Home Made Cheese
for Sale
I am currently in the process of getting my commercial
kitchen permit to make cheese for public sale.  

I make both aged cheeses and soft cheeses.  I have cheddar,
manchego, monterrey jack, gouda, and derby.  I also make
queso fresco, Panir, and lemon cheese.  All of these cheeses
will be available for sale at the farm, at select farmers markets,
and the aged cheeses will be available mail order as well.  

If you are interested in buying artisan cheese please send me
an e-mail.  I am trying to get an estimate of the market share.
